Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival based on your earliest show time. We will retain a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellation is not guaranteed within 72 hours. We will refund all possible cancellations, minus our cancellation fees. You must receive a cancellation number for this cancel request to be valid. We will attempt to meet all "Special Requests", however they are NOT guaranteed and subject to availability.
We offer our customers two choices if they have to cancel their reservations 72 hours or later from show time:
1. We will waive the cancellation fee and provide you with a Gift Certificate in the same amount of your purchase. You may use the Gift Certificate to make your vacation plans with Branson Extra in the next 12 months.
2. Charge you a 10% cancellation fee and immediately credit the rest of your order back to your account.
Cancellations within 72 hours:
We will ask the theaters to cancel your reservation and to waive the cost. If they do, we pass the savings onto you (less the 10% cancellation fee). We will only charge you the full amount for any theater that charges us.
The Cancellation fee is to help us recapture some of our cost of doing business such as Credit Card fees (and Credit Card fees when we credit back your card), long distance calls, the time to make all of your reservations and the time to cancel all of your reservations.
Changes to your order (changing show dates and times only):
We charge $1.50 per show ticket for any changes that need to be made to your order. |
